REACH Behavior and Development Center and the British School of Bahrain Join Hands to Promote Autism Awareness Month Through Heartwarming Story Circle Time

REACH Behavior and Development Center and the British School of Bahrain are pleased to announce a collaboration to raise awareness about autism during Autism
Awareness Month. The partnership between the two esteemed institutions has led to a heartwarming initiative that aims to educate children about autism through the power of storytelling.
As part of their joint effort, the British School of Bahrain has generously supported REACH Behavior and Development Center’s mission to increase understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism within the community. Together, they organized a special Story Circle Time event featuring the beloved book “The Adventures of Talal the Teddy Bear,” a story that follows Talal’s journey living with autism.
Through this initiative, children at the British School of Bahrain had the opportunity to learn about autism creatively and engagingly, sparking conversations about empathy, acceptance, and inclusion.
The event proved to be a meaningful experience for both the students and the staff involved, fostering a greater sense of compassion and understanding for individuals with autism.
“We are incredibly grateful to the British School of Bahrain for their support and collaboration in promoting autism awareness,” said Ms. Mona Tadayyon Founder and CEO of REACH Behavior and Development Center. “By coming together to share Talal’s story, we have taken a significant step towards building a more inclusive and supportive community for individuals with autism.”
