The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) the second Open Forum to discuss updates to its 2022-2023 work plan.
Through this work plan, the TRA aims to create an environment that supports innovation, make Bahrain one of the world’s most advanced telecommunications markets with a secure and resilient network, reliable broadband service for all, and ensure consumers are empowered and protected.
Philip Marnick, TRA’s General Director, confirmed the importance of these forums in bringing together stakeholders to share their expertise and discuss the telecommunications industry’s most pressing issues and opportunities to develop a vibrant and healthy digital ecosystem.
“Working alongside our stakeholders, we continue to progress towards our strategic goals. We look forward to holding more Open Forums so that we can continue to engage with all stakeholders,” he added.
