Seef Properties has recently announced the opening of Round One Boxing, a new concept in the world of boxing training, at Al Liwan multi-purpose project in Hamala, making it an exceptional destination that meets the needs of all visitors.
Round One Boxing is the first of its kind in the Northern Governorate and it offers boxing training courses for all age groups of both genders, with special sessions for women, in addition to other specialised courses.
The Centre occupies 250 m2 and includes a boxing ring designed as per the highest international standards, as well as a spacious fully-equipped gymnasium designed to limit injuries during training sessions.
Additionally, Round One Boxing introduces the Punch Tracker App for the first time in the GCC region; a modern technology that accurately measures each punch with direct information on its details, such as the effort, average speed and power, along with knockout points. The app can also be linked to a heart rate monitor to add information on heart rate and calories burned.
