Property Finder reveals top Price Trends to look out for within Bahrain’s property landscape

Property Finder, the leading property portal in Bahrain, announced the launch of its newest Price Trends feature. Property seekers can navigate diverse listings easily with comprehensive data insights for their home of choice based on historical price dynamics for up to five years to see whether their property investment aligns with the current market rates.

Based on recent data by Property Finder, the Juffair community is one of the top-demanded areas in Bahrain for residential rent with average rentals at 450 BHD. For those looking to rent a villa, the Adliya area in Manama offers a range of options with four-bedroom rentals at 1050 BHD. Based on data, Amwaj Island offers various properties for sale across different neighbourhoods, such as The Lagoon, Amwaj Avenue, Tala Island, Amwaj Marina, Al Marsa Floating City, Amwaj Homes, and Amwaj Beachfront. Using the Price Trends, feature property seekers can also learn more about properties for sale, with a comparison window of up to five years.

Cherif Sleiman, Chief Revenue Officer at Property Finder, said:“We are delighted to launch Price Trends – a groundbreaking feature that empowers consumers in their home search journey with more data and fully aligns with our promise to enforce trust and transparency while educating and elevating the real estate market in Bahrain. With several plans underway led by our sustained focus on consumer experience, we look forward to get people living the life they deserve.”

At the first-ever Property Finder Connect held earlier this year in June, Property Finder and Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) discussed potential ways for collaboration that could help foster greater transparency within the Bahrain real estate market.

Shedding light on how Price Trends will help support property seekers in the country, Mr. Mohammed Al Ammari, Chief of Strategic Planning and Project Management and Acting Chief of Legal, RERA said, “Bahrain’s real estate sector is experiencing continuous growth, prosperity, and development, thanks to the wise directives and decisions driven by the government. Foreign Investors are increasingly considering Bahrain as a destination for long-term stability and living. We at RERA are here to contribute to the constant improvement, development and regulation of the real estate sector, whilst firmly believing that the collaboration between the public and private sectors is crucial in achieving the desired goals.”
