Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, inaugurated the Fraser Suites Hotel located in the Al Liwan project, affiliated with Seef Properties Company.

Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, and Fatima bint Jaffar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism, attended the inauguration.

Upon the deputy premier’s arrival, he was received by Essa Najibi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seef Properties Company; Ahmed Yusuf, CEO of Seef Properties Company; and Rebecca Hollants Van Loocke, Chief Operating Officer Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Frasers Hospitality at Frasers Hospitality.

The deputy prime minister affirmed that the kingdom’s strategic initiatives in various fields, led by the private sector, resulted in creating an attractive investment environment that came in line with the comprehensive development process under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

He noted that investors’ keenness to direct their capital toward investments in the hospitality industry contributed to achieving the goal of Bahrain Tourism Strategy 2022-2026, through establishing more diversified family tourism projects that highlight the kingdom as an international tourism hub and increase the tourism sector’s contribution as one of the most important and fastest growing non-oil economic sectors in Bahrain.

The deputy prime minister hailed the components of the Al Liwan Project as a mixed-use development project located in a balanced urban environment that meets the residential, commercial, leisure and service needs of its visitors and residents of individuals and families. In addition to providing job opportunities for citizens and others. He wished those in charge of the project further success.

Najibi expressed appreciation to the deputy premier, ministers, and all relevant government organisations for their support and cooperation that always contributes to advancing the company’s success and growth.
