Hailing from Syria, he began his career in 2002 as a Commis 3, mastering his craft and gaining hands-on experience. Throughout his journey, he held various positions at prestigious establishments, including Hilton Habtoor Grand in Beirut, Jumeirah Al Naseem, and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai, leaving a lasting impression on all palates.
Best known for his Arabesque creations at Al Iwan restaurant at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Chef Solayman Hasan takes guests on a traditional gastronomic adventure. Meticulously crafted mezzeh, salads, signature mains and a selection of homemade Arabic desserts await diners as the exquisite Al Iwan menu makes its way to Zahrat Al Fayrouz restaurant, where Chef Solayman’s passion and talents will be showcased.
