Under the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning will launch the second edition of the Housing Finance Exhibition on Thursday at City Center Bahrain, under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister.
The 10-day exhibition will introduce citizens to the types and benefits of financing services offered by the ministry, as well as provide exclusive real estate and bank financing offers.
Amina bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Housing, and Urban Planning Minister said that this edition of the exhibition will have double the number of residential on display, with more than 10,000 options available at prices that are in line with financing amounts.
The minister said the event, in which 19 real estate companies and eight banks are participating, will feature 132 housing units for sale under the Government Land Development Rights Programme.
In this project, citizens can book housing units at a value that does not exceed BD 99,000 through a partnership with the private sector.
The minister urged citizens with housing requests and those who wish to apply for immediate housing services to attend the exhibition to learn more about available offers and opportunities.
