Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), one of the leading Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is participating in the 2nd edition of the “Housing Finance Exhibition” to be held at the Central Galleria in City Center Bahrain, organised by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning in cooperation with Eskan Bank between 15th – 24th June 2023.
The exhibition will highlight three housing projects, which are the Suhail, Deerat Al Oyoun, and Danat Al Lawzi projects. At the event, KHCB will present a set of exclusive offers to beneficiaries of the “Mazaya” social housing scheme, including zero down payment, zero administrative and evaluation fees, and financing of up to 120% of the property’s value. Moreover, and as part of the offer, the Bank will cover the costs of a private notary for the purpose of quickly and easily completing transactions, as well as free fire insurance.
It is worth noting that the Housing Finance Exhibition is one of the prominent initiatives launched by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning and Eskan Bank, with the aim of introducing the beneficiaries of “Mazaya” program to the latest housing projects and those offered by real estate developers in the Kingdom, in addition to the competitive financing offers that are presented exclusively during the exhibition by financing institutions in the Kingdom. This includes KHCB, who is keen to provide exceptional benefits to enable citizens to own their dream home with ease, as the bank’s employees will be available at its pavilion in the exhibition to answer all enquiries and consult with clients about the best available financing that is proportionate with their monthly income.
On this occasion, Ms. Ameera Ahmed Al Abbasi, Head of Retail Banking at KHCB, expressed delight to participate in this event, affirming the bank’s solid commitment to introduce the best financing options to beneficiaries of the “Mazaya” program.
