Al Salam Bank has launched the latest edition of the Danat Savings scheme for 2024, introducing the biggest prizes in the Kingdom. This year, the Bank is rolling out double the prizes and a new segment of winners for its loyal clients who have maintained their Danat Account savings for long periods. The announcement was made following the live draw broadcasted on Bahrain TV, for the Danat 2023 final grand prize, where Mr. Ebrahim Yusuf Hasan was declared the winner of the largest cash prize in Bahrain, worth BD 1 million. The draw was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, as well as external and internal auditors in compliance with Bahrain laws and regulations.
The new Danat Savings scheme is rewarding clients with four grand prizes, with the first prize comprising of a full year’s monthly salary worth BD 20,000, making it the biggest salary prize in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The second grand prize draw will offer one winner with a modern, waterfront villa located in Diyar Al Muharraq’s Al Naseem project. In the 2024 scheme, two winners will also go on to receive 1 BD million each.
The 2024 edition of the scheme will involve a greater number of winners, with the aim of rewarding more than 100 clients with monthly prizes including BD 500 cash prizes for 50 winners and a monthly cash prize of BD 10,000 for one winner. In addition to 40 monthly prizes worth BD 200 dedicated to the Bank’s youth segment, enabling clients between the ages of 10 to 18 to participate in the draws for small investments starting at BD 5 only.
The Bank will also be introducing a new prize for clients who maintain their savings in their Danat Plus accounts. Clients will gain exclusive monthly “Danat Plus” prizes and more chances to win, with the draw rewarding 10 winners a month with BD 1,000 each. Opportunities to win increase for investments maintained within the account, the longer the amount saved, the greater the chances of winning.

For every BD 50 saved in their Danat accounts, clients will have double the opportunities to win the longer they save.
