The British University of Bahrain and Diyar Al Muharraq Collaborate to Enhance Graphic Design Students’ Industry Exposure and Hands-On Experience

A delegation of Graphic Design students from the British University of Bahrain has recently visited Diyar Al Muharraq’s Sales Center, kick-starting a collaboration between the two leading entities in Bahrain to enhance students’ hands-on experience and professional engagement.  

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, introduced its current and upcoming projects to Level 6 Graphic Design students of the British University of Bahrain, providing them with the opportunity to design a unique visual identity and comprehensive branding for one of Diyar Al Muharraq’s upcoming projects.

Commenting on this occasion, Dr. Wael A. Sabour, the Dean of the College of Arts and Social Sciences at BUB, said:” We are extremely delighted to collaborate with Diyar Al Muharraq on providing the branding and visual identity design requirements for one of its upcoming projects. This collaboration will enrich our students’ hands-on experience while allowing them to contribute to the success of such an innovative project.

“Collaborating with the industry leaders and engaging with professional bodies are strategic priorities of BUB, and we are keen to establish and develop key long-lasting collaborative relationships with all industry leaders, such as Diyar Al Muharraq, to empower our students and nurture their labor market skills.” Dr. Wael added.

On his part, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, said: “Through our recent partnership with the Universities, we aim to empower the next generation of industry professionals by fostering their creativity and innovation. As we integrate the skills of these students in our upcoming projects, we hope to provide them with the necessary practical experience to build their portfolios.
