“Smile” Partners with “Jahez” to Streamline Ordering and Delivery for “Kids R Golden 10” Golden Ribbons

The “Smile” initiative, a Bahrain Future Society for Youth initiative that provides psychosocial support to children with cancer and their parents in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has partnered with Jahez International Company, specialists in express delivery services. This collaboration aims to simplify access for citizens and residents to the golden ribbons symbolizing solidarity with pediatric cancer patients.

Anyone can conveniently order these ribbons via the “Jahez” app. Additionally, they can also order the campaign’s “Kids R Golden 10” T-shirts, recently launched as part of September’s global childhood cancer awareness efforts by the Smile initiative.

This partnership underscores Jahez International’s commitment to social responsibility and their dedication to supporting children with cancer while promoting awareness and unity for these young patients. It reflects both parties’ shared commitment to providing an accessible and user-friendly way for citizens and residents to participate in the “Kids R Golden 10” campaign, contributing to the journey of healing and hope for children with cancer, and demonstrating their support and assistance.

The initiative affirmed that donning the golden ribbon signifies solidarity with ailing children and a profound understanding of the challenges faced by parents with children battling cancer. It indicates that the wearer actively participates in raising awareness within their family, workplace, and community, sharing the hopes and struggles associated with this disease. It also symbolizes the wearer’s alignment with the thousands of volunteers in Bahrain who are engaging in various capacities in the “Kids R Golden 10” campaign.

Mr. Sabah Al-Zayani, Chairman of the Bahrain Future Society for Youth, expressed that the collaboration with the “Jahez” application underscores Smile’s commitment to simplifying the process of support and contributing to the recovery of children with cancer. It also aims to enhance communication and engagement of the public during World Childhood Cancer Awareness Month while expanding their involvement in this noble humanitarian cause. Mr. Al-Zayani emphasized that this partnership reflects both the Society and “Jahez’s” dedication to the principles of social responsibility, emphasizing their commitment to raising awareness and fostering solidarity to support ailing children and enhance their quality of life.

Furthermore, Mr. Al-Zayani noted that making the golden ribbon and campaign T-shirt available through the “Jahez” application offers convenience and accessibility for those interested in acquiring them. Individuals can easily request these items through the application, ensuring direct delivery to their doorstep. He emphasized that streamlining the acquisition process will contribute to higher buying rates, thereby bolstering the success of the campaign. This, in turn, will have a significant positive impact on children’s lives by boosting their spirits and providing them with substantial community support throughout their challenging journeys.
