Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, met with Ali Al Baqali, Chief Executive Officer of Alba.
They reviewed ways to enhance cooperation in training, research, and consultancy.
Dr. Shaikha Rana emphasised the institute’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with Alba by providing specialised leadership and advisory programmes, as well as research and advisory services for the development of national competencies.
She noted that the institute’s partnerships with major national companies in general, especially with Alba, would advance the institutional work sector in Bahrain.
Al Baqali commended the institute’s efforts in developing national competencies and supporting the kingdom’s economic and social development plans.
He expressed pride in Alba’s partnership with the institute, as well as its technical and leadership programmes designed to enhance Alba’s competencies.
