The NGN Training and Development Center actively participated in the Career Fair organized by the University of Bahrain, graced by the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chairman of the University Board of Trustees. The event brought together 43 distinguished institutions and companies representing various sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During this participation, the Center’s accomplished team delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting its cutting-edge training courses. These offerings encompassed a wide array of in-demand areas, with a specific focus on both foundational and advanced skills, particularly in the dynamic field of information technology and other pertinent domains.
Mr. Yaqoob Al Awadhi, the CEO of the company, highlighted that the company’s participation in this exhibition is part of a larger initiative to guide Bahraini youth towards optimal opportunities in training and employment. The objective is to equip fresh graduates and job seekers with the necessary skills to meet the demands of the labor market, aligning with national endeavors to develop and enhance the capabilities of these individuals while bolstering their competitiveness in securing lucrative job prospects.
Mr. Al Awadhi further emphasized that the Kingdom of Bahrain, alongside regional countries, is currently witnessing the launch of positive initiatives by employers in anticipation of future employment trends. He pointed out that when Bahraini youth are well-qualified and trained, they are better positioned to capitalize on opportunities stemming from these initiatives. This, in turn, elevates their competitiveness on local, regional, and global scales in the pursuit of lucrative job opportunities.
