The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has partnered with Fab Lab Bahrain to launch the TechStride Summer Educational Programme. The initiative aims to empower and support youth during their transition from high school or college into their careers.
The TechStride Programme offers a comprehensive curriculum that introduces participants to applied concepts in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision, and Game Design and Development. Through a project-based learning model, students will gain proficiency in different developmental stages and iterative cycles. The programme also exposes participants to potential career options aligned with their backgrounds and interests, while inspiring a sense of curiosity and lifelong learning.

The TechStride Programme is open to high school and college students, with participation also being extended to the children of NBB employees. The selection process is based on submissions for personal statements and project ideas. The four-week programme requires a commitment of 12 hours per week from participants.
