Municipalities Minister highlights investment opportunities at Cityscape Bahrain

Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, visited the ministry’s pavilion at the Cityscape Bahrain exhibition held in Exhibition World Bahrain.

The minister emphasised that the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the third edition of the Cityscape Bahrain real estate exhibition reflects the government’ s commitment to promoting urban development and creating broader investment opportunities in the real estate sector.

He noted Bahrain’s continuous focus on enhancing partnership with the private sector by creating more opportunities to attract quality investments and innovative real estate solutions that align with the government’s goal for sustainable economic growth.

Minister Al Mubarak highlighted that the Cityscape Bahrain exhibition, featuring relevant stakeholders in urban and real estate development, serves as a leading platform offering investors and real estate enthusiasts the best investment opportunities. It also provides a unique chance for exchange of local and regional expertise in urban development residential.

He underscored the role of the exhibition in enhancing Bahrain’s position as a strategic and preferred location for hosting conferences and exhibitions, thereby attracting real estate investments.

The minister explained that the ministry’s participation aims to showcase the available investment opportunities within the municipal real estate sector, conforming the ministry’s aspiration to achieve promising partnership with the private sector to execute developmental projects in the family service and entertainment sector, improving the quality of municipal services provided to citizens and residents.

He said that the ministry’s pavilion showcased notable ongoing projects and current investment opportunities, in addition to future investments.

Minister Al Mubarak commanded the efforts of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and the organising committee for their thorough preparations, ensuring the exhibition’s success in meeting its objectives.
