HH Shaikh Nasser honours ‘Masari’ programme sponsors and launches ‘Youth Supporter’ label

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, has conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and those of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the embassies of brotherly and friendly countries, as well as to organisations and sponsors which are interested in Bahraini youth by providing them with educational and training opportunities, contributing to refining their skills and developing their capabilities in many fields.
 
HH Shaikh Nasser asserted that the “Masari” (My Pathway) programme aims to determine the career of Bahraini youth and support their steps towards developing and upgrading their skills through participation in a number of scientific specialities in many countries, praising the positive outcomes of the programme, which has had a significant impact on Bahraini youth, contributing to providing them with the necessary skills that will make them future leaders.
 
HH Shaikh Nasser praised the ongoing cooperation of embassies and organisations with those in charge of the “Masari” programme, by providing opportunities to Bahraini youth, reflecting the depth of the relations between the Kingdom and their countries, expressing hope that this cooperation will continue to provide more opportunities for Bahraini youth.
 
HH Shaikh Nasser launched the “Youth Supporter” label aiming to motivate government and private entities to engage in encouraging Bahraini youth, praising the ongoing cooperation with the embassies accredited to the kingdom in the youth-directed educational and cultural fields, which testifies to the depth of relations between Bahrain and their countries.
 
This came as HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad received a number of ambassadors who supported the “Masari” programme, in addition to the programme sponsors, in the presence of Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Foreign Affairs Minister, and Ayman bin Tawfiq Al Moayyad, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Secretary-General.
 
HH Shaikh Nasser honoured the US and Chinese embassies for the opportunities they have provided for Bahraini youth.
 
HH Shaikh Nasser inaugurated the “Youth Supporter” tag that is granted to entities and institutions in recognition of their efforts to empower Bahraini youth and provide them with opportunities in various fields.
 
HH Shaikh Nasser underlined the importance of the private sector’s role in developing society, given its great contributions to enhancing economic growth, in addition to its interest in employing Bahrainis and developing their skills.
 
The “Masari” programme aims to upskill Bahraini youth, develop their capabilities, offer them qualitative and international opportunities, and qualify them to take on various challenges and succeed in them, by providing them with scholarships and experience exchange programmes in the best educational institutions and universities in the world.
 
It also aims to activate partnerships with non-profit organisations to enhance the future skills required in the labour market, and provide vocational training programmes in international companies to enable Bahraini youth to gain practical experiences.
 
It also seeks to create a culture of experiential learning through implementing exploratory programmes in all countries.
