Nouf Abdulrahman Jamsheer, Chairwoman of the Government Land Investment Committee and Undersecretary for Research and Projects in the Office of the Prime Minister, affirmed Bahrain’s commitment to attracting investments by strengthening private sector partnerships and enhancing its role in national development. She highlighted the Kingdom’s third consecutive hosting of Cityscape Bahrain as a pivotal event showcasing the latest developments in the real estate market and providing a platform for diverse investment opportunities.
Jamsheer announced the launch of eight new investment plots during the exhibition, including a 2,993 square metre kindergarten plot in Salman City, a 600 square metre kindergarten plot in East Hidd, a 1,540-square-metre plot for a supermarket building in Salman City, a 32,368 square metre marina plot in Tubli, a 16,183-square-metre petrol station plot in Arad, a 45,663-square-metre multi-use complex plot in Sitra, a 5,890-square-metre plot in Sanabis for a car park building, and a 34,735-square-metre waterfront plot in Manama designated for a mixed-use development project.
She encouraged investors to explore these opportunities on the Government Land Investment Platform by visiting investmentland.gov.bh, where they can find detailed information and submit bids through the public tender process. Jamsheer emphasised that these efforts aim to strengthen Bahrain’s position as a leading real estate investment destination and deliver projects that meet the aspirations of citizens and residents.
