Customs Affairs and the National Bureau for Revenue signed a service-level agreement.
Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of Customs, affirmed that the agreement is part of a commitment to providing the best services and customs and security practices. He highlighted that the agreement aims to provide the best solutions and customs services by regulating communication means and enhancing ties with all partners.
Rana Ebrahim Faqihi, Chief Executive of the National Bureau for Revenue, affirmed that the agreement aims to enhance and develop joint services.
The service level agreement included the cooperation of the two parties in providing the best of the various services assigned to them according to the highest quality standards and performance indicators.
