Colors Movement” Exhibition Opens at The Domain Hotel and Spa

In the presence of distinguished ambassadors, artists, media representatives, and influencers, the “Colors Movement” exhibition was officially opened by artist Abbas Almosawi at The Domain Hotel and Spa. This exhibition showcases how colors embody movement in artistic paintings, capturing physical motion and expressing it through visual movement in another sensory dimension, highlighting the speed of Formula cars and musical rhythms, all set in the diplomatic district at The Domain Hotel and Spa.

On this occasion, Abbas Almosawi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the leader of the Peace Project, for his unwavering support of the “Art for Peace” initiative and his ongoing encouragement of artists. He also thanked His Excellency Sheikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa for his consistent support.

Almosawi reflected on his longstanding relationship with The Domain Hotel, appreciating their commitment to art and artists through continuous exhibitions.

Mr. Frank Normann Eikeland, Executive Chairman at The Domain Hotel, reaffirmed the hotel’s deep commitment to supporting arts and culture in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He remarked, “Our investment in culture and art is not merely a social obligation; it is part of our identity at The Domain. We believe in the vital role of art in building communities and fostering connections, which is why we strive to provide a platform for both local and international artists to showcase their creations.” He concluded by emphasizing that the hotel will continue to support the arts, stating, “Art is a universal language that expresses our humanity, and we are here to amplify that voice.”

Mahdi Al-Jalawi, CEO of Colors of the East, stated that these exhibitions represent a continuation of over fifty years of artistic contribution, intertwining the artist’s history with Bahrain’s modern narrative. He emphasized that these events provide a unique experience for art lovers, featuring workshops, cultural lectures, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the artistic landscape.
