Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Cityscape Bahrain 2024 conference commenced at Exhibition World Bahrain as part of the Cityscape Bahrain Exhibition.
The conference underscores Bahrain’s progress in adopting global innovations and advanced technologies to support its real estate sector. With an attractive investment climate and integrated infrastructure, Bahrain continues to drive innovative projects and major developments, reinforcing its position as a regional investment hub.
Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), highlighted Bahrain’s real estate achievements, citing its adoption of modern solutions and advanced technologies. He emphasised the event’s success in previous editions as a platform for discussing best practices and innovative trends.
Khalaf added that this year’s conference focuses on integrating global trends to enhance modern living standards and meet Bahrain’s real estate market demands, with discussions on unique projects catering to luxurious and contemporary lifestyles.
Featuring over 30 speakers and more than 400 participants, the event hosts sessions on real estate development, infrastructure enhancement, sustainability, and technology driven cities. It also explores integrating Bahrain’s cultural heritage into modern designs, strengthening national identity in urban development.
The conference provides a platform for industry leaders to exchange expertise, explore global trends, and showcase innovative approaches that balance residential needs with investment aspirations while enhancing quality of life.
