The Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Bahrain Technology Companies Society (BTECH) at a ceremony held at the BSE premises. This landmark partnership signifies a shared vision to elevate technological awareness within Bahrain’s engineering community, highlighting the increasing importance of digital solutions across various sectors.
As part of the MoU, the Bahrain Society of Engineers will serve as a STRATEGIC PARTNER in the 12th edition of the Information and Communication Technology Conference (MEET ICT) and the Bahrain International Technology Exhibition (BITEX), scheduled to be held from December 3 to 5 at the Gulf Convention Centre which will be held under the theme “AI for All.” The event will encourage professionals and participants to explore the role of artificial intelligence, its advancements, and its applications across various sectors, highlighting AI as a vital tool for economic growth and development.
Mr. Tareq Fakhroo, Chairman of BTECH, expressed his pleasure in collaborating with the Bahrain Society of Engineers as a strategic partner for the MEET ICT Conference and BITEX Exhibition, and noted that this partnership opens up numerous opportunities for joint cooperation, promoting the integration of technology across various sectors and raising technological awareness within the engineering field.
