BENEFIT and University of Bahrain Partner to Launch Art Piece Competition for Design Students

BENEFIT, the Kingdom’s innovator and leading company in Fintech and electronic financial transactions service, and the University of Bahrain (UOB), Bahrain’s national university are excited to announce the launch of the ‘Art Piece Competition’ a unique initiative aimed at fostering creativity and innovation among Bahraini students pursuing degrees in Architecture, Art, and Design.

An organizing committee has been established, including universities in Bahrain that offer architecture and design programmes, which are University of Bahrain, Ahlia University, American University of Bahrain, Applied Science University, Royal University for Women, British University of Bahrain, in addition to the BENEFIT Company. The competition is open to all universities’ students in Bahrain majoring in Architecture, Art, and Design, presenting an exciting platform for them to showcase their artistic talents and conceptualize an innovative, sustainable art piece that embodies the essence of Fintech. This initiative encourages students to explore the dynamic convergence of art and technology, and contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving landscape of financial services.

The winning design will be selected by a distinguished panel of judges from BENEFIT and industry experts. The selected artists will be awarded a cash prize, and the winning piece will be permanently displayed at the entrance of BENEFIT’s headquarters, serving as a symbol of creativity and sustainability within the fintech space.
