BRAVE Combat Federation, the most global mixed martial arts organization in the world and JioTV, a LIVE TV streaming platform, owned by Jio Platforms Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, have announced a trademark partnership that will see JioTV and JioTV+ create the first-ever MMA fast-channel in India.

In less than seven years of operations, BRAVE CF has achieved an unprecedented level of globalization, traveling to 28 countries in this period. In September, the company will be once again breaking the record of most nations traveled with the scheduled trip to France, becoming the sole record-owner with 29 nations hosted. The historic launch on JioTV mobile app and on JioTV+ connected TV will ensure BRAVE CF’s reach to millions of Jio subscribers across the country.

BRAVE Combat Federation has also been a leader in the development of the sport in India, being the only truly global organization to host events in Indian soil, with shows taking place in Mumbai and Hyderabad. BRAVE CF has also given a global platform for athletes from India, such as Mohammed Farhad, who has blossomed into one of the best Bantamweights in the world under BRAVE CF.

JioTV with 1000+ channels in 16+ languages and 12 genres are one of the largest content aggregators in India. With this partnership, BRAVE CF has the potential to increase the reach of mixed martial arts to over 400 million people and creating the first-ever MMA fast-channel in India and the second by an international organization.

‘’This is a landmark moment for mixed martial arts in India. BRAVE CF and JioTV together will bring the fastest-growing sport to a whole new audience and 400 million people. BRAVE CF is bringing the best content in martial arts to that audience and introducing a very enthusiastic fan base to an already packed audience. This is going to change MMA in India’’, says Mohammed Shahid, BRAVE CF president.

BRAVE CF has also invested in identifying new and upcoming talents from India with its Road to BRAVE CF program, as well as recently signing the number one prospect from India Mahboob Khan to a development deal.
