Bahrain Polytechnic launched its new brand identity, themed “Your World of Possibilities,” in a ceremony attended by Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chairman of Bahrain Polytechnic’s Board of Trustees, along with board members and partners at the Polytechnic’s Isa Town campus.

The Minister commended Bahrain Polytechnic’s accomplishments over the past 16 years, within the framework of Kingdom’s comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He thanked Bahrain Polytechnic’s partners and supporters, reaffirming the Board’s commitment to aligning educational programmes with labour market needs, prompting entrepreneurship, and equipping students with essential 21st century skills.

Professor Dr. Ciarán Ó Catháin, CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic, highlighted that the new identity reflects the institution’s values and leadership in applied education. He emphasised the institution’s commitment to high quality academic programmes and its distinct teaching methods, including problem based learning, aimed at preparing graduates to meet market needs.

He underscored recent Polytechnic initiatives, which include programmes such as Top Up, master’s courses, apprenticeships, and short courses. These are offered in full time and part time, with in person, online, or hybrid study options to cater to diverse student needs.

The new brand identity embodies Bahrain Polytechnic’s dedication to fostering knowledge and self confidence; it symbolises students’ educational journey, skills development, and readiness for lifelong success.
