Bahrain Polytechnic Announces Accepted Applicants for the Academic Year 2024-2025

The CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic, Professor Ciarán Ó Catháin, approved the list of accepted students for the upcoming academic year 2024-2025 on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The list includes approximately 3000 students who have successfully met the admission requirements. Applicants can check their admission results by visiting the Polytechnic’s website.

Professor Ó Catháin stated that the admissions department received over 8600 applications and that the Polytechnic worked to increase its capacity to admit as many students as possible while ensuring educational quality and services are maintained to students.

Regarding the procedures to confirm acceptance, Mr. Ahmed Malalla, the Director of Academic and Student Affairs, stated that emails were sent to all applicants to inform them of their acceptance status. Accepted students are required to confirm their acceptance by following the link sent by email or by visiting the acceptance confirmation page on the Polytechnic’s website. The acceptance confirmation process will be open from June 25th to June 30th, 2024, with the acceptance service available until 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 30th, 2024.

Mr. Malalla emphasized that the online confirmation system consists of two phases. In the first phase, applicants who receive an acceptance offer must upload the required documents through the website. Upon successful completion of this process, the applicant’s compliance with all the required conditions and criteria will be verified. The second phase involves the admissions department sending an email to the accepted students, confirming their acceptance and instructing them to confirm their admission by paying the tuition fees (BHD 120 non-refundable) within a certain deadline, which will be specified in the email. It is important to note that failure to complete the acceptance confirmation procedures within the specified period will result in the offer being canceled.

Additionally, Mr. Malalla advised students under the age of 18 to upload an electronic copy of their passport or their guardian’s smart card. By doing so, the guardian will be considered in agreement with all the terms and conditions.
