His Excellency Dr Saad bin Saud Al Fuhaid, President of the Arabian Gulf University (AGU), has recently signed a contract with Everteam Global Services Information Technology Company “Intalio” to implement and develop the university’s correspondence management technology system. The aim of this project is to design and develop a system that enables efficient tracking of correspondence, easy retrieval of information, and secure storage of documents, in line with international standards.
During the signing ceremony, Dr Al Fuhaid emphasised the importance of this project, which aligns with the university’s requirements for developing its administrative processes. He noted that the new system will enable quick and easy access to information, reduce paper usage, and promote environmental sustainability.
The President welcomed the cooperation with Intalio, highlighting the company’s expertise in providing modern and user-friendly solutions that meet the aspirations of the university’s members. He further stressed that the implementation of this project will enhance productivity, promote accountability, and foster a sense of teamwork among university staff.
On his part, Mr Ali Hamada, General Manager of Intalio, expressed his delight in collaborating with AGU, a leading institution in higher education in the region. He appreciated the trust placed in Intalio by the university administration and pledged to build a partnership based on cooperation to achieve technological success in line with the university’s strategic vision for development.
